Books I just read

As a fan of sports and Manchester United this was a must read.

Sir. Alex Ferguson has done an amazing job with managing the team, and it was interesting to read is version of the big stories with Beckham, Van Nistelrooy and the Glazer family.

However, the writing wasn't good, jumbs back and forth in time, and stories tends to drift off to other stories as if you were sitting with Sir Ferguson and just having tea while he was talking.

Still a good read for those that want to know more about Sir Alex Ferguson

"The belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities"

Does that sound right? I think so (very much) and it is the exact definition of feminism.

However, it continues to be misunderstood and related to hate against men. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s short story "We Should All Be Feminists” was made after her Ted-talk, which can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hg3umXU_qWc

The point about what feminism is, was also pointed out in Emma Watson’s terrific speech to the UN - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9SUAcNlVQ4

Anyone that wants to understand business should read this!

Creating a succesfull business requires a lot, but the Business Model Generation book and canvas, gives a great starting point.

A business model will often change many times during its development. The canvas gives you and your team a great platform to have these discussions based on.

It call also be used to understand how a business operates, where might the impeding factors for succes be?

The four futures of technology and the human drivers.

David Rose as written a great book on how we can look at the future of technology:

1. Terminal World

2. Prosthetics

3. Animism

4. Enchanted Everyday Objects

It is a very interesting read on all the technology that already surrounds us. It also gives several frameworks to use when developing new technologies that needs adaptation by the user.
